How it is calculated
Classic pivot is the average of high, low and close. The first resistance is twice the pivot minus the low, the first support twice the pivot minus the high, and the outer levels step away from the pivot by the previous range. Woodie counts the close twice. Fibonacci places levels at 38.2%, 61.8% and 100% of the range from the pivot.
Camarilla is built around the close rather than the pivot: eight levels at 1/12, 1/6, 1/4 and 1/2 of the range times 1.1. For intraday levels take the previous day, for swing levels the previous week or month. When you pick a pair, high, low and close come from the daily bars of our market bridge. A day runs from midnight to midnight UTC, and the Sunday evening session counts toward Monday, so the week closes at Friday's close.
