Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TradersWeek ("the Service"), operated by TradersWeek Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

TradersWeek provides browser-based charting tools, real-time market data visualization from cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX) and forex providers (Dukascopy), paper trading simulations, technical analysis modules, trading bots (webhook, signal, DCA, grid), a script converter, and related educational content. The Service is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are offered through monthly subscriptions processed via Stripe (card payments) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Premium add-on modules may be purchased separately and follow the same billing terms.

Affiliate program

All registered users are automatically enrolled in the TradersWeek Affiliate Program. Participation is subject to the Affiliate Program Terms available at /affiliate. Commissions range from 30% to 40% depending on tier. By using the Service, you acknowledge the affiliate cookie (tw_ref, 90-day duration) may be set when you arrive via a referral link.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware or conduct automated scraping
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create fake accounts or engage in affiliate fraud (self-referrals, churn schemes)

Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, and data provided through the Service are the property of TradersWeek or its licensors. You retain ownership of any trading strategies or custom configurations you create. We do not claim rights over your user-generated content.

Market data disclaimer

Market data displayed in the Service is provided "as is" from third-party sources including cryptocurrency exchanges and forex data providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.

No financial advice

The Service provides tools for analysis and education only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any content as such. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Paper trading

Paper trading features simulate market conditions using real or near-real-time data but do not involve real money. Paper trading results do not guarantee or predict future performance with real capital.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradersWeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Account data is purged within 30 days of deletion.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradersWeek Ltd is established. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
