Pip value calculator
Pip value is what a one-pip move of the price adds to or takes from your position, in the currency of your account. It depends on the position size, the pip size of the pair and the rate between your account currency and the quote currency.

How it is calculated
Pip value in the quote currency is lots times contract size times pip size. Dividing it by the conversion rate brings it into the account currency.
Conversion rate is the price of your account currency in the quote currency of the pair. Trading EURJPY on a USD account, it is the USDJPY rate. When the quote currency is your account currency, the rate is 1. Pip size is 0.0001 for most pairs and 0.01 for JPY pairs. When you pick a pair and an account currency, the calculator fills in the pip size, the contract size and the rate from our market bridge. If there is no direct pair between the two currencies, the rate goes through USD.
