Constructing a Gann, Fibonacci, and decade-scale reversal cluster
The archive workflow indicates a change only when time, price, and pattern occur together, and it treats a reversal as more likely where independent projections cluster. Editorial: TradersWeek builds that zone by stacking a gann-angle, an offset fibonacci-retracement, and decade-scale-support-resistance, and treats the setup as testable only when those three constructions occupy the same price band.
- A market change is treated as indicated only when the time-price-pattern-unit is complete, so time, price, and pattern conditions occur together rather than in isolation.
- Price-rule construction begins with at least ten years of major and minor swings and the retracement and trend-swing ratios that recur, including ratios that appear only in bull or bear phases.
- A reversal is treated as more likely where an offset fibonacci-retracement, a gann-angle, and decade-scale-support-resistance form a projection-cluster in the same price band.
- A square-confirmation-level from the squares of 144, 90, or 52 may confirm other constructed prices and is not treated as a standalone indicator.
Read time, price, and pattern as one unit
A likely market change is treated as indicated only when time, price, and pattern conditions occur together rather than in isolation. That rule is the time-price-pattern-unit. Fibonacci targets and corrections, together with wave measurements, are presented as the mathematical form of the price relationships used in this construction.
Measure a decade of swings before drawing levels
Price-rule construction begins by measuring at least ten years of major and minor swings and recording the retracement and trend-swing ratios that recur in that market, including ratios that appear only in bull or bear phases. Retracements and projections of a swing are expected to end at or near proportions taken from earlier swings. Decade-scale-support-resistance is taken from divisions and multiples of extreme highs and lows measured over at least the prior ten years.
Offset the Fibonacci marks and classify trend with a Gann angle
A fibonacci-retracement is a swing-based correction or projection taken from important highs and lows, including the 38 percent, 50 percent, and 61.8 percent marks, then shifted slightly off the obvious print. Fibonacci support and resistance from important highs and lows are placed slightly above or below the obvious mark. A strong market is described as typically retracing no more than 38 percent of a with-trend swing, a normal market as not exceeding 61.8 percent, and a 50 percent retracement as the most frequent termination level across markets.
A gann-angle is a price-time geometric line, such as 1x1 or 1x2, used to classify trend strength and to project the next minor support or resistance once price closes through the current angle. A normal bull market is described as advancing above the 1x1 angle and a strong market as advancing above the 1x2. A close back below the 1x1 after that strength is read as a trend-change signal. A close through an angle is expected to continue toward the next angle as minor support or resistance except in a panic swing.
Treat the setup as testable only inside a cluster
A major or minor reversal is treated as more likely where several independent projection methods cluster. That overlap is a projection-cluster. The construction vocabulary also names overbalance-of-price, a condition in which the percentage retracement of the current swing exceeds that of the prior swing and is read as evidence that the trend is ending or has ended, and lost-motion, the expected overshoot or undershoot of price at an important support or resistance level before that level can be judged.
Editorial: TradersWeek builds the reversal zone by stacking a gann-angle, an offset fibonacci-retracement, and a decade-scale swing division, then treats the setup as testable only when those three constructions occupy the same price band. Isolated geometry from any one method does not complete the time-price-pattern-unit.
