US Stock Index Futures Slip Ahead of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Data

Dow Jones futures declined 0.65% to around 52,440 during European trading hours on Friday. The S&P 500 futures fell 0.88% to 7,510, while Nasdaq 100 futures dropped 1.69% to 28,730. The moves came ahead of the release of the preliminary University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index, a key gauge of consumer confidence.
