Major U.S. data center developers are working with investment banks to sell controlling equity stakes this summer, aiming to raise tens of billions of dollars to fund AI infrastructure expansion.

According to the Wall Street Journal, large US data center developers are engaging investment banks to sell majority equity stakes in deals valued collectively at tens of billions of dollars. The transactions are expected to take place this summer.
