Silver (XAG/USD) rallied more than 3% on Monday, reaching a one-month high of $66.07, even as US Treasury yields rose. The white metal continues its upward momentum, with buyers setting their sights on the $69 resistance level.
At the time of writing, XAG/USD trades near $65.76, maintaining most of the day's gains. The rally comes amid a broader precious metals push, defying typical headwinds from higher yields.
The short-term outlook remains bullish as long as the price holds above recent support. A break above $66.07 could open the door toward the $69 target mentioned by analysts.
