NZD/USD extended losses for a second straight session on Friday, hovering near the week’s lows around the 0.5865 area during Asian hours.
Sentiment was undercut by China’s latest trade figures, which dampened risk appetite and weighed on the risk-sensitive kiwi.
Meanwhile, the US dollar held firm as investors positioned ahead of the US non-farm payrolls report, keeping the pair biased to the downside.
