Nationalbanken refrained from intervening in July to support its fixed exchange rate policy, after making a small purchase of kroner in the previous month, according to Nordea’s Chief Analyst Jan Størup Nielsen. Nielsen sees the krone’s softness against the euro as a structural trend.
