Euro’s Recovery Faces Key Test at 1.1560 Against the Dollar
The euro is retesting the 1.1560 level after rebounding from mid-June lows, with reduced Fed rate hike bets supporting the single currency.

The euro has bounced from its mid-June lows against the dollar, gaining support as traders dial back bets on additional Federal Reserve tightening. That shift in rate expectations has helped push EUR/USD toward the key 1.1560 level.
However, the pair now confronts a significant technical obstacle at that price. The 1.1560 area is viewed as a pivotal inflection point; a clear move above it would strengthen the bullish case, whereas rejection could stall the recovery and trigger a pullback.
