Dollar Index Under Pressure Ahead of NFP Release

The Dollar Index remains subdued after ADP employment and US jobless claims came in weaker than anticipated, keeping the greenback on the back foot. The market now turns its attention to today's Non-Farm Payrolls report.
Should the NFP number also disappoint, further downward pressure on the Dollar Index is likely. This could delay any attempt to break back above the 100 mark by a week or more.
