EURPLN
Commerzbank strategist Tatha Ghose has revised up the near-term forecast for EUR/PLN to 4.30, from an earlier projection of 4.20. The adjustment comes amid a global shift toward risk-off sentiment and heightened uncertainty surrounding oil markets.
These factors are expected to weigh on the Polish zloty, resulting in a stronger euro in the pair over the near term. The new target reflects the bank’s view that geopolitical and commodity-price risks will keep pressure on the zloty.
