AUD/USD steady near 0.7050 as traders await US ADP jobs data

The Australian Dollar held flat against the US Dollar around 0.7050 in European trade, with investors looking ahead to the US ADP employment report for July.

AUDUSD

The Australian Dollar traded little changed against the US Dollar on Wednesday, hovering near 0.7050 during European hours.

Traders were in a holding pattern ahead of the release of the US ADP Employment Change data for July, due at 12:15 GMT. The report is seen as a key gauge of labor market health and often moves the greenback.

Against this backdrop, the Aussie struggled to find direction, with further catalysts likely needed to break the pair out of its narrow range.
