XS.com Hires Andreas Achniotis to Lead Growth of Its Partner Program

XS.com has hired Andreas Achniotis as Head of Affiliates to grow its partner program and support global expansion.

XS.com, a global financial technology and trading company, has named Andreas Achniotis as its new Head of Affiliates. The appointment is part of the firm's broader push to expand its partner network and strengthen one of its primary client acquisition channels.

Affiliate marketing — a model in which external partners promote a company in exchange for commission — has become increasingly important across the online trading industry. XS.com said it is looking to develop more durable, long-term partnerships and extend its reach into additional international markets, with the new hire positioned as a key step in that effort.

In his new role, Achniotis will lead the development and execution of XS.com's affiliate strategy. His responsibilities will include overseeing partner relationships, optimizing marketing campaigns, and developing fresh approaches to partner engagement. He will collaborate closely with the company's sales, marketing, and product teams to advance the affiliate program.

Achniotis brings more than a decade of experience in the FX and online trading sector. Over his career, he has worked across business development, trading operations, risk management, and affiliate management. In previous positions, he helped establish affiliate and Introducing Broker networks and designed reward programs aimed at boosting partner performance.

Commenting on the appointment, Achniotis said he is excited to join XS.com during a significant period of growth for the company. Wael Hammad, XS.com's Group Chief Commercial Officer, noted that Achniotis's experience and partnership expertise will support the company's continued expansion.

The move underscores XS.com's focus on growth through partnerships as it pursues its global expansion plans.
