XM Receives CFI.co 2026 Awards for Gold Trading and Customer Excellence

XM has been named Best Gold Broker and Best Customer Service for 2026 by Capital Finance International, citing over 700 million gold positions opened in 2025 and a global client base exceeding 20 million.

Global online broker XM has received the Best Gold Broker and Best Customer Service awards for 2026 from Capital Finance International (CFI.co). The recognition highlights the firm's operational stability, governance and service standards maintained over more than 15 years in the industry.

The 'Best Gold Broker' award reflects XM's ability to offer deep liquidity for gold trading, a key safe-haven asset. According to the company, traders opened over 700 million positions on gold through XM in 2025 alone, underlining its role as a major venue for gold trading.

XM Group co-CEO Menelaos Menelaou said the awards confirm the stability and transparency built over the past 15 years. "Our focus is not on short-term wins but on the long-term responsibility we hold toward our global traders," he stated. "As we navigate 2026, our priority is to continue ensuring that every client can rely on our stability and execution during any market condition."

The firm noted that significant market volatility during 2026 has tested its infrastructure, with XM maintaining execution quality and competitive pricing that allowed traders to capitalise on gold trading opportunities even in historic conditions.

Customer Service Recognition

The 'Best Customer Service' award acknowledges XM's support network, which provides multilingual assistance around the clock to clients and partners in over 190 countries. Chief Experience Officer Simos Konis said the recognition results from continuous, measurable investment in human connections. "We have moved beyond traditional support by integrating local, culturally-focused expertise supported by the latest technologies," he added. "This award validates our commitment to constant improvement and the belief that a trader's success is directly linked to the quality of the trading environment surrounding them."

XM serves more than 20 million clients globally and holds multiple international licenses. The broker offers over 1,400 instruments across various asset classes. The company has been in operation for over 15 years.
