Silver prices have dropped sharply from $70 to $57.50 per troy ounce, according to Commerzbank analyst Norman Liebke. In response, the bank has revised down its near‑term forecasts.
The cut, however, does not fully erase the upside case. Commerzbank now projects a recovery to $67 per ounce by the end of the year, noting that a persistent supply deficit continues to support prices.
