Semiconductor ETFs See Record $7.1B Daily Inflows, Led by SOXX

US semiconductor ETFs attracted a record $7.1 billion in new capital on Tuesday, with the SOXX fund drawing $5.4 billion — its largest single-day inflow since inception in 2001.

US semiconductor ETFs experienced an unprecedented surge in demand on Tuesday, with total inflows reaching $7.1 billion across long funds.

The flagship semiconductor ETF $SOXX alone saw $5.4 billion in fresh capital, surpassing its previous daily record by over 300%. The 3x leveraged long ETF $SOXL added $1.2 billion, its second-largest daily inflow this year.

Year-to-date, $SOXX has now accumulated $13.3 billion in inflows as investors aggressively buy the dip in semiconductor stocks.
