Boston Scientific Q2 Earnings Beat Estimates, But Full-Year Guidance Cut
Boston Scientific reported Q2 2026 adjusted EPS of $0.86, topping estimates, but lowered its full-year profit forecast below consensus.

Boston Scientific posted second-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.86 per share, beating the $0.83 consensus estimate. Net sales reached $5.44 billion, also above the expected $5.36 billion.
However, the company provided a weaker outlook. For the third quarter, it projects adjusted EPS of $0.80 to $0.82, missing the $0.84 estimate. Full-year 2026 adjusted EPS is now seen at $3.28 to $3.32, down sharply from the previous guidance of $3.34 to $3.41.
On a positive note, the organic net sales growth forecast was maintained at 5% to 6% for the full year.
