Bitmine Expands Ethereum Holdings and Staking Operations

Bitmine Immersion Technologies increased its Ethereum reserves over the past week and staked a large portion via its own validator operations, citing ETH’s recent outperformance against Bitcoin.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies has been boosting its Ethereum position. The firm reported that it added to its ETH reserves last week and deployed the majority of the new holdings into staking through its in-house validator infrastructure.

The company linked the accumulation to Ethereum’s strengthening against Bitcoin during the same period. ETH outpaced BTC in recent price action, reinforcing Bitmine’s conviction in the asset.

Bitmine remains the largest corporate holder of the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. The move underscores a trend of institutional players adding yield-bearing exposure to their crypto treasuries.
