Beijing Tong Ren Tang Healthcare Investment Co has launched a global offering of 108.15 million H shares, with a maximum offer price of HK$6.21 per share.

Beijing Tong Ren Tang Healthcare Investment Co has initiated a global offering of 108.15 million H shares, subject to an over-allotment option. The IPO carries a maximum offer price of HK$6.21 per H share.

The offering includes 10.82 million H shares reserved for the Hong Kong public tranche. The company is a subsidiary of the famed Beijing Tong Ren Tang Group, a traditional Chinese medicine conglomerate. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and potential expansion.
