Commerzbank’s Volkmar Baur notes the US dollar has weakened against the euro as markets steadily scale back expectations for further Federal Reserve tightening relative to other G10 central banks.
This relative repricing of policy expectations is leaving the dollar exposed to renewed downside risk, according to the note.
