PBOC sets USD/CNY reference rate at 6.7905

The People’s Bank of China set the USD/CNY central rate at 6.7905 on Tuesday, slightly above the previous fix of 6.7873.

The People’s Bank of China set the USD/CNY reference rate at 6.7905 for Tuesday’s trading session, compared with the previous day’s fix of 6.7873.

The adjustment leaves the yuan slightly weaker against the dollar. Traders monitor the daily fixing as a signal of official FX policy.
