Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said it attacked a US aircraft carrier and a destroyer with ballistic missiles, according to a breaking report.

The claim came just hours after the US military reportedly targeted three Iranian crude oil tankers.

There has been no confirmation from the United States regarding the alleged attack.
