etoro expands its F1 presence with Pierre Gasly partnership

eToro has announced a collaboration with Formula One driver Pierre Gasly, expanding its existing partnership with the BWT Alpine Formula One Team.
Israel-based online trading platform eToro (NASDAQ:ETOR) has announced a collaboration with Formula One driver Pierre Gasly, expanding its presence in the sport. The announcement builds on eToro's earlier link-up with the BWT Alpine Formula One Team, which named the broker its exclusive trading and investment partner earlier this year.
Through the collaboration, eToro and Gasly will connect with the broker's community, which spans retail traders and investors, as well as Formula One fans. Planned activity includes live events, social media content, podcast appearances and other digital activations, with the aim of bringing the brands' shared values of community and innovation to audiences around the world.
Yoni Assia, eToro's co-founder and CEO, said the Alpine partnership marked eToro's first step into Formula One. Expanding that relationship through a dedicated collaboration with Gasly, he said, allows eToro to engage global audiences in a more personal way. Assia added that Gasly's disciplined pursuit of excellence echoes eToro's view that success comes from pairing a long-term mindset with the right knowledge and tools.
Pierre Gasly, who races for BWT Alpine Formula One Team, said success in the sport is about preparation, continuous learning and staying committed to goals. He said he shares those values with eToro and is looking forward to creating content and experiences that bring people together and encourage them to pursue their own ambitions. Fans can expect behind-the-scenes content and more from his season, he said.
eToro was founded in 2007 and says it has more than 40 million registered users in 75 countries. The platform's users can trade directly, invest in portfolios or copy other investors. eToro operates as a group of companies that are authorized and regulated in their respective jurisdictions, including by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, Australian Securities and Investments Commission, Seychelles Financial Services Authority, Abu Dhabi Global Market's Financial Services Regulatory Authority and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
