Pfizer Beats Q2 Revenue Estimates, Raises 2026 Guidance Midpoint
Pfizer reported Q2 revenue above expectations and lifted the midpoint of its full-year revenue outlook, while announcing an expansion of productivity initiatives.
Pfizer's second-quarter revenue reached $15.03 billion, exceeding the consensus estimate of $14.41 billion. The company also raised the midpoint of its 2026 revenue guidance.
Among key products, Eliquis generated $2.43 billion, comfortably ahead of the $2.09 billion forecast, while the Prevnar franchise posted $1.34 billion, slightly below the expected $1.38 billion.
The pharmaceutical giant now targets total net cost savings of $6.7 billion and is expanding productivity initiatives. It reaffirmed adjusted earnings per share of $2.80 to $3.00 for the fiscal year and sees full-year revenue in the range of $60.5 billion to $62.5 billion, up from the prior lower end of $59.5 billion.
