Leonardo DRS Beats Q2 Estimates, Raises Full-Year Outlook
Leonardo DRS reported Q2 2026 earnings that exceeded analyst estimates, driven by strong revenue and margin performance. The company also lifted its full-year guidance.
Leonardo DRS delivered second-quarter results that topped Wall Street forecasts across key metrics. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.35, well above the $0.27 estimate. Adjusted net income reached $94 million, compared to the expected $72.1 million, while revenue of $913 million surpassed the $902.1 million consensus.
Profitability also shone: the adjusted EBITDA margin hit 14%, generating $128 million in adjusted EBITDA versus the $112.6 million estimate.
The company issued an upbeat fiscal-year outlook, raising its adjusted EBITDA range to $525–540 million (above the $522.3 million estimate) and adjusted EPS to $1.34–1.39 (versus the $1.30 estimate). Revenue guidance was set at $3,900–3,975 million, edging above the $3,939 million forecast.
