Faraday Future Outlines Steps to Restore Shareholder Value
The EV maker announced initiatives including a convertible note price floor freeze, separate robotics funding, and weekly disclosure of note conversions to boost transparency.
Faraday Future has detailed key initiatives under its capital value restoration plan aimed at strengthening its balance sheet and rebuilding investor confidence.
One measure freezes the conversion price floor on certain convertible notes, preventing dilution at extremely low levels. The company is also exploring standalone financing for its robotics division, signaling potential value-unlocking moves.
Additionally, Faraday Future will publish weekly disclosures of convertible note conversion activity, a step it says is meant to improve transparency and give shareholders clearer visibility into capital structure changes.
