Eli Lilly Beats Q2 2026 Estimates, Raises Full-Year Outlook

Eli Lilly reported second-quarter 2026 adjusted EPS of $8.38 on revenue of $22.97 billion, comfortably ahead of expectations. The drugmaker also lifted its full-year profit and revenue forecasts and committed an additional $4.5 billion to expand manufacturing.

Eli Lilly posted second-quarter 2026 adjusted earnings per share of $8.38, up from $6.31 a year earlier, while revenue rose to $22.97 billion, surpassing the consensus estimate of $20.59 billion.

Key growth drivers Zepbound and Mounjaro delivered standout performances. Zepbound generated $4.93 billion in revenue (estimate $4.64 billion), and Mounjaro brought in $9.9 billion (estimate $8.83 billion).

The company raised its full-year guidance, now projecting adjusted EPS in a range of $35.50 to $36.50, up from a prior view of $35.50 to $37.00. Revenue is seen between $85.0 billion and $87.0 billion, compared with the previous $82.0 billion to $85.0 billion. Additionally, Eli Lilly committed another $4.5 billion to expand its manufacturing sites to support growing demand.
