USD/CHF Holds Below 0.8100 as US-Iran Talks Stall

The Swiss franc traded flat against the US dollar on Tuesday, consolidating near 0.8100, with deadlocked US-Iran negotiations limiting directional moves.

The Swiss franc showed little movement versus the US dollar on Tuesday, with the pair consolidating below the 0.8100 handle. The rate was roughly flat, retracing about half of last week's trading range.

Market participants noted that the deadlock in US-Iran negotiations has kept volatility subdued, offering no clear catalyst for a breakout. The franc's safe-haven appeal remains in check amid the geopolitical impasse.

Traders will look ahead to further developments from the talks and US economic data for direction.
