U.S. Ethanol Production Estimated in Lower Range Ahead of EIA Report

U.S. ethanol output for the week ended July 31 is estimated between 1.096 and 1.143 million barrels per day, versus 1.133 million barrels the previous week. Official data from the EIA is due Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. ET.

U.S. ethanol production is seen in a range of 1,096,000 to 1,143,000 barrels per day for the week ended July 31, according to estimates ahead of the official government report. The prior week's output stood at 1,133,000 barrels per day.

The Energy Information Administration's weekly petroleum status report, which includes ethanol production figures, is scheduled for release at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday.
