Singapore-headquartered online broker UP Fintech Holding Limited (NASDAQ: TIGR) published unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025 on March 19, 2026, posting sharp year-over-year growth across both top-line and bottom-line metrics.

For the full year 2025, total revenue reached $612.1 million, a 56.3% increase from $391.5 million in 2024. Net income attributable to ordinary shareholders came in at $170.9 million, up 181.4% from $60.7 million in the prior year. On a non-GAAP basis, net income was $186.5 million, representing a 164.7% year-over-year jump. Chairman and CEO Wu Tianhua attributed the performance to effective execution of the company's internationalization strategy and improved operating leverage.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue reached $175.6 million, up 41.5% year-over-year and essentially flat compared to the third quarter. Net income attributable to ordinary shareholders was $45.2 million in Q4, a 61.3% increase from $28.1 million in the same period of 2024. Non-GAAP net income for the quarter was $48.9 million, up 60.5% year-over-year. Diluted non-GAAP net income per ADS was $0.264, compared to $0.172 in the prior-year quarter.

Operating metrics also showed strong momentum. UP Fintech added 29,700 funded customers during Q4, bringing the full-year total to 161,900, exceeding the company's guidance of 150,000. The total number of funded clients reached 1,253,900 as of year-end 2025, a 14.8% increase year-over-year. Total account balance grew 45.7% year-over-year to $60.8 billion. Net asset inflows for the full year surpassed $10 billion, with $3 billion added in Q4 alone. Regionally, client assets in Singapore increased more than 50% year-over-year, while assets in Australia and New Zealand more than doubled and Hong Kong assets more than tripled.

The company continued to enhance its product offerings. In Q4, it upgraded its options combo feature to allow combination orders of options and underlying stock contracts, and launched margin accounts in the Australian market. Corporate business remained robust, with 22 U.S. and Hong Kong IPOs underwritten in Q4, bringing the annual total to 47. The ESOP business added 39 new clients in the quarter, reaching 748 total ESOP clients as of December 31, 2025.

Looking ahead, UP Fintech said it aims to acquire 150,000 new funded clients in 2026 while prioritizing user quality.
