President Trump said his administration will immediately begin sending $100 checks to more than 20 million seniors to help cover Medicare Part B premiums.
He also said a "$5,000 Trump Dividend" would be distributed to every U.S. citizen if Republicans win the midterm elections, making the proposed payment contingent on the election outcome.
