Trezor Reports Shipping Provider Data Breach Affecting 11,742 Customers

Hardware wallet maker Trezor disclosed a third-party shipping provider breach that exposed personal data of 11,742 customers, with another 1,947 partially affected.

Trezor said the incident originated at one of its shipping providers, not from its own systems. The exposed information includes customer names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.

According to the company, 11,742 customers were fully affected, while 1,947 had partial data exposed. Trezor stated that its systems and devices remain secure.

The disclosure highlights the ongoing risk of third-party data handling for hardware wallet users, though no device compromise or direct platform breach was reported.
