Proceeds were allocated to dividends on preferred shares and the repurchase of STRC stock. Over the week, Strategy bought back $81.2 million worth of its own shares.
The BTC sale is part of Strategy’s regular capital-management toolkit and operates under a June program that authorizes up to $5 billion in such transactions. The move reflects the company’s ongoing use of its Bitcoin treasury to fund corporate actions while maintaining one of the largest corporate BTC positions.
