STARTRADER, a global multi-asset broker, is in discussions with Trustpilot about consolidating its existing review profiles into a single listing, the company said on August 7. The broker noted that no timeline for completion has been confirmed and that the matter has so far had no impact on its operations or client services.

As STARTRADER expanded across multiple regions, separate Trustpilot profiles were established for different entities and markets. The company said a consolidated profile would give clients a clearer, overarching view of its customer feedback across regions.

STARTRADER also addressed recent changes some clients may have noticed on its Trustpilot presence, including the displayed rating, review count, or review history. According to the company, those changes are unrelated to the proposed consolidation and are not connected to its trading platforms, products, or client support, all of which continue to operate as normal.
