Snap Opens Specs AR App Preview to US Adults, In-Person Demos From Oct 1

Snap says US users 18+ can now download its Specs app for iOS to try the Specs Intelligence preview, with in-person Specs AR glasses demos starting Oct. 1 in Los Angeles.

Starting today, Snap is allowing anyone in the U.S. aged 18 and older to download the Specs app for iOS and access the Specs Intelligence preview.

For hands-on testing, the company will open Specs First Look at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles beginning Oct. 1, where consumers can try the Specs AR glasses in person.
