Schwab Announces Its Summer Business Update

Charles Schwab will host its Summer Business Update via live webcast on July 21, with CEO Rick Wurster and CFO Mike Verdeschi participating.

The Charles Schwab Corporation has set its Summer Business Update for institutional investors on Tuesday, July 21, with the session to be streamed live to the public.

The event is scheduled to run from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. CT, or 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. ET. President and Chief Executive Officer Rick Wurster and Chief Financial Officer Mike Verdeschi are expected to take part, according to the company's announcement dated June 24.

The update continues Schwab's series of periodic briefings designed to give the investment community insight into recent developments and management's strategic focus areas. The live webcast will be accessible through Schwab's investor events portal.

Schwab reported 39.5 million active brokerage accounts, 5.9 million workplace plan participant accounts, 2.3 million banking accounts, and $13.14 trillion in client assets as of May 31, 2026. The firm's operating subsidiaries provide wealth management, securities brokerage, banking, asset management, custody, and financial advisory services to individual investors and independent investment advisors, with its broker-dealer and banking arms offering related investment, retirement, and lending products.
