Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI) Invests $25M in Canva

Robinhood Ventures Fund I (NYSE: RVI) has purchased approximately $25 million in Class A Common Stock of Canva, the design platform serving over 250 million monthly users.

Robinhood Ventures Fund I (NYSE: RVI) announced today that it has closed a $25 million investment in Canva, the all-in-one visual communication platform. The fund purchased Class A Common Stock of Canva on June 24, 2026.

Investment Details

“We believe Canva is one of the world’s most compelling design platforms, and this investment is a milestone we are truly thrilled about,” said Sarah Pinto, President of Robinhood Ventures Fund I. She emphasized that Canva’s mission to democratize design aligns with the fund’s goal of providing retail investors access to category-defining private companies.

Canva CFO Kelly Steckelberg welcomed the investment, noting that more than a quarter of a billion people now use the platform each month. “This has been our biggest year yet… As we continue to accelerate our investment in building the world’s best visual AI tools, we believe we’re still in the very early stages of the opportunity ahead,” she said.
