Robinhood Posts Record $1.31 Billion Revenue in Q2 2026 as Product Diversification Pays Off

Robinhood reported record Q2 2026 revenue of $1.31B, up 32% YoY, with EPS rising 48% to $0.62. The platform now has 13 business lines each generating over $100M in annualized revenue.
Robinhood Markets (NASDAQ: HOOD) posted record second-quarter 2026 results on Tuesday, with total net revenues rising 32% year-over-year to $1.31 billion. Diluted earnings per share climbed 48% to $0.62, while net income jumped 48% to $573 million. The quarterly profit figure included a $129 million gain from the deconsolidation of Robinhood Ventures Fund I.
Transaction-based revenues led the growth, climbing 44% to $776 million. Event contracts revenue surged more than tenfold to $156 million, and equities revenue nearly doubled to $129 million. Options revenue increased 29% to $342 million, while cryptocurrency revenue fell 38% to $100 million. CFO Shiv Verma said the business is “firing on all cylinders,” citing record volumes across equities, options and event contracts.
Net deposits reached a record $22 billion during the quarter. Robinhood Gold subscribers hit 4.8 million, up 39% year-over-year. Total platform assets grew 32% to $369 billion, and funded customers rose 7% to 28.4 million. The firm now counts 13 business lines each generating $100 million or more in annualized revenue, with Robinhood Legend and the Robinhood Credit Card crossing that threshold in Q2.
Major expansion milestones included the launch of Trump Accounts, which topped 7 million sign-ups after their July 4 debut, the go-live of the Robinhood Chain public mainnet, and the closing of the acquisition of Canadian crypto firm WonderFi. CEO Vlad Tenev linked the results to the company’s mission of broad ownership, highlighting Robinhood Chain, Robinhood Ventures, and Trump Accounts as key product pillars.
Robinhood tightened its full-year 2026 expense outlook to $2.675–$2.775 billion in Adjusted Operating Expenses and SBC, citing efficiency gains that are being partially reinvested into new ventures Rothera and WonderFi.
