Public Announces Private Company Pages

Public, the Agentic Brokerage, has introduced private company pages, giving retail investors institutional-grade data on over 60 top private firms like OpenAI and Stripe before their IPOs.
Public, the New York-based online brokerage known as the "Agentic Brokerage," has launched private company pages that provide retail investors with institutional-grade data on some of the most closely watched private companies before they go public. The feature covers more than 60 firms, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, and Ramp.
Users can now track each company's valuation history, funding rounds, and price trends, with context behind major milestones. The pages also include a "Public Market Exposure" section that shows how investors can gain indirect exposure to these private companies today through publicly traded holdings. Additionally, investors can sign up to receive updates on company news and any future IPO developments.
Leif Abraham, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Public, said: "With companies going public much later today, their relationship with retail investors starts before they're public. Public is now one of the first platforms where you can track all the fundamentals before a company goes public."
Public was launched in 2019 and has raised over $400 million from investors such as Accel and Tiger Global. The firm offers a multi-asset platform that includes stocks, bonds, crypto, and options, and has been trusted with billions of dollars in assets from affluent investors. Financial data for the private company pages is provided by Nasdaq Private Market.
