Plus500 launches Single Stock Futures in the US

Plus500 has launched Single Stock Futures, including Micro contracts, giving US clients access to CME Group-listed products with margin-based leverage and extended trading hours.

Online trading firm Plus500 Ltd (LON:PLUS) has rolled out Single Stock Futures for its US clients, expanding access to CME Group-listed contracts. The launch was announced on August 3, 2026.

The new product line covers a growing range of leading US equities and includes Micro Single Stock Futures. Plus500 said the instruments are designed as a flexible, capital-efficient alternative to traditional equity trading, with initial margin requirements providing built-in leverage. Clients can take both long and short positions and trade beyond standard exchange hours to respond quickly to market-moving news.

Plus500 said it plans to add more instruments to the Single Stock Futures lineup over time, depending on customer demand, liquidity, and market conditions. The move is part of the company's broader push to broaden its US product offering and strengthen its non-OTC business.

Earlier in 2026, Plus500 launched sports event-based contracts in the US, and the company has also introduced prediction markets this year. The latest futures launch builds on that momentum and extends the firm's futures-based offering in the American market.

Chief Executive Officer David Zruia said the collaboration with CME Group gives Plus500 customers greater flexibility in trading major US stocks. He noted that the launch supports the company's commitment to innovative trading tools and comes as Plus500 continues to scale its US operations.

Plus500 is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has been steadily expanding its product suite beyond traditional contracts for difference, with a growing emphasis on exchange-listed derivatives and event-driven instruments.
