OpenGradient CEO Matthew Wang publicly labeled crypto exchange BitMart as insolvent. He said that funds belonging to his marketing team remain stuck on the platform.
Wang highlighted that approximately one week before it announced its closure, BitMart asked token holders to lock their assets. In his view, this was an attempt by the exchange to shore up liquidity.
BitMart has not yet publicly responded to the allegations.
