NZD/USD Steadies Near Lows as RBNZ Rate Hike Bets Build

NZD/USD held near its lowest since late June after five straight weekly declines, with Monday's low around 0.5650 matching Thursday's and Friday's levels.

The New Zealand dollar is consolidating near its weakest levels since late June after five consecutive weekly declines against the US dollar.

Monday’s session saw NZD/USD print a low near 0.5650, matching the lows recorded on Thursday and Friday, and the pair closed just above that area.

Markets continue to build expectations for further Reserve Bank of New Zealand rate hikes, which has helped the currency stabilize even as the broader downside trend remains intact.
