NVIDIA to Invest Up to $3 Billion in Blackstone-Backed Power Firm Lancium

NVIDIA will acquire a stake of up to 30% in Lancium, a power infrastructure firm supporting the Stargate project, with an initial $2 billion investment.

NVIDIA plans to invest up to $3 billion in Lancium, a power infrastructure company backed by Blackstone. Lancium is a key provider for the Stargate project.

According to The Information, the deal involves an initial $2 billion for a 20% stake. An additional $1 billion investment could lift NVIDIA’s holding to approximately 30%.
