The National Security Agency is preparing its most significant reorganization in at least a decade. The plan calls for five new mission centers covering artificial intelligence, China, cybersecurity, warfighting, and global intelligence.
Director Gen. Joshua Rudd's structure would give the new mission chiefs deputy director-level authority. Some of those leaders may be recruited from outside the agency.
