Norway's sovereign wealth fund has gained exposure to Ethereum through a position in BitMine, according to a recent filing.
At the end of June, the fund owned 6.15 million shares of BitMine valued at $81.9 million. The company stake did not appear in the fund's report at the end of 2025, suggesting the position was initiated later.
The holding is notable as a traditional sovereign investor adds indirect digital-asset exposure through an equity position rather than buying tokens directly.
