NinjaTrader makes CME Group Single Stock futures available to eligible users on its platform

NinjaTrader Group has gone live with CME Group Single Stock futures for eligible users, giving traders futures-based access to companies including Nvidia, Tesla, Apple and Amazon.

NinjaTrader Group has announced that CME Group Single Stock futures are live and immediately available for eligible users on the NinjaTrader platform.

The rollout expands NinjaTrader's equity index complex, adding individual stock futures alongside the index products already offered. The company described the launch as a major step for the industry, allowing active traders to trade well-known companies such as Nvidia, Tesla, Apple, Amazon and Google with the flexibility of futures.

CME Group's initial launch will be phased across more than 50 top U.S. companies from the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 and Russell 1000. The contracts are centrally cleared and financially settled, and trade approximately 24 hours a day during the trading week.

Single Stock futures give traders a streamlined way to gain tactical exposure to individual companies with less upfront capital than traditional stock purchases. Compared with options, they remove the need to manage Greeks, time decay and complex multi-leg chains, and traders can express bullish or bearish views without stock borrowing requirements. The contracts also allow users to respond quickly to earnings reports, geopolitical developments and overnight market events.

NinjaTrader Group CEO Martin Franchi said the launch represents the next evolution of retail trading, giving traders direct access to market-moving companies with the speed, flexibility and capital efficiency of futures. He added that the products are likely to reshape how individual investors engage with volatility, earnings and real-time market events, and could bring a new generation of stock and options traders into the futures ecosystem.

Tim McCourt, CME Group's global head of equities, FX and alternative products, said the firm is pleased to work with partners such as NinjaTrader to expand access to Single Stock futures. He noted that broader access to the centrally cleared contracts brings the capital efficiencies and near 24/7 market access of futures to leading U.S. stocks, providing investors with a transparent, regulated tool for managing equity exposure. The launch is aimed at active futures, options and equity traders looking for simpler directional exposure and reflects a broader industry shift toward products tied to real-time market movement and high-profile brands.
