Mother of Late Ondo Finance Founder Sues for Control of RWA Project

The mother of late Ondo Finance founder Nathan Allman has filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery, demanding that control of the real-world asset (RWA) project be transferred to her.

Allman died at the end of May at age 32. At the time, he served as chief executive officer, sole director, and majority shareholder of the company. His sudden death left the company without clear governance, effectively paralyzing its management.

According to the lawsuit, the leadership vacuum was exploited by Ondo Finance President Ian De Bode, who announced himself as the new CEO and sole director. The plaintiff argues that De Bode’s actions were unauthorized and seeks to reclaim control on behalf of the estate.
