Bitcoin mixer Mixer.Money introduces an ‘Exact Payment’ mode that prevents receivers from seeing the sender’s balance, change addresses, and coin origin, thereby breaking the linkage between parties.
Standard Bitcoin transactions expose more than the transferred amount. The change output reveals a lower bound of the sender’s wallet balance, a fresh address for future surveillance, and hints about the coin’s origin. Blockchain analytics firms invest months piecing together this data, yet a counterparty obtains it effortlessly—along with the sender’s identity and transaction purpose.
Mixer.Money’s “Exact Payment” mode disrupts this information flow. When activated, it severs the link between payer and payee. The recipient withdraws the agreed sum from an exchange address, the change is returned to the sender, and the on‑chain trail ends at the mixer. The service then assumes the role of an intermediary, shielding both sides from direct exposure.
