MetaMask Agent Wallet Now Enables AI-Powered On-Chain Operations for All Users
MetaMask has released its Agent Wallet to all users, allowing AI agents to autonomously execute swaps, provide liquidity, trade on prediction markets, and interact with lending protocols under user-defined rules.
MetaMask’s new Agent Wallet is now accessible to the entire user base. It enables artificial intelligence agents to perform on-chain actions independently, once a user configures spending limits, whitelists specific protocols, and sets other constraints.
The wallet can automatically handle token swaps, participate in prediction market trading, supply liquidity, and engage with credit protocols — all without manual intervention. Users retain full control through the predefined rule set.
The launch marks a significant step toward integrating autonomous AI into decentralized finance, potentially streamlining DeFi interactions for both retail and institutional participants. MetaMask has not disclosed any usage metrics at this stage.
